What is The Paca Bank?

The Paca Bank is an educational app that teaches children aged 5 to 16 how money works. Each lesson is narrated by Paca — a friendly, world-travelling alpaca — and designed to be enjoyed by children and parents together. It is not a real bank, and no real money is involved.

Who is this app for?

The app is designed for children aged 5 to 16, with content divided into four age packs: Little Savers (5–7), Smart Spenders (8–10), Money Builders (11–13), and Future Wealthy (14–16). Parents and caregivers are encouraged to enjoy the lessons alongside their children.

How much does it cost?

Each age pack is a single one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no in-app purchases beyond the packs themselves.

Is there a free trial?

The app includes a selection of free introductory lessons so you can try before you buy. No payment details are needed to access the free content.

Do you collect personal data?

No. The Paca Bank does not collect, store, or process any personal data from its users. There are no accounts to create, no emails to enter, and no tracking of any kind. Your child’s progress is stored locally on the device and never leaves it.

Do you share data with advertisers?

No. The Paca Bank has no advertising, no ad networks, and no third-party trackers. We do not share any information with advertisers because we do not collect any information in the first place.

Do you use analytics or tracking tools?

No. We do not use any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or similar tools inside the app. We have no insight into how individual users interact with the app, and that is by design.

Is the app safe for children?

Yes. The app contains no ads, no social features, no external links, no user-generated content, and no way for children to communicate with anyone. It is a self-contained educational experience — like a book on a screen.

How do I delete my account?

There is no account to delete. The Paca Bank does not require registration or sign-in. All progress is stored locally on your device. To remove everything, simply delete the app from your phone or tablet.

How do I delete my data?

Since all data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted anywhere, deleting the app removes all associated data completely. There is nothing stored on our servers to delete.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for app purchases are handled entirely by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android). We are unable to issue refunds directly, as all payments are processed through their respective app stores.

  • Apple: Open the Apple App Store, go to your purchase history, find The Paca Bank, and request a refund. You can also visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google: Open the Google Play Store, go to your order history, find The Paca Bank, and request a refund. You can also visit Google Play Help.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes. Once you purchase a pack, you can install the app on any device signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account at no extra cost. Progress does not sync between devices automatically.

What languages is the app available in?

The app is currently available in English only. We may add additional languages in the future.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Once downloaded, all lessons and narration work without an internet connection. No streaming or online access is required.
